I had the camera, and this time it was charged fully. So guess what? No great blue herons sitting on top of buoys, no white pelicans (yes I did see a white pelican when I forgot to bring the camera). However I did see turtles, and a turkey vulture feasting on a huge dead fish (ick, had to stay upwind for that one), and that was about my excitement. I will be adding the photos somewhere and including links for all to enjoy. I went kayaking again yesterday, and guess what? I had the camera, and this time it was charged fully. So guess what? Now I live in NC, and do not see quite as much, but still get an occasional rabbit and sometimes even a deer come up. Other than the odd snake, but we get them here, too, I would love to visit and see what a kookaburra is, and a rainbow lorikeet. It sounds like a lot of fun. I live in the Mojave Desert, but the higher elevation so it is always interesting here because the mountains are close by. We have coyotes, rattle snakes, and others, the occassional toad, but not too often, and as I mentioned lots of lizards this year. It is fun stuff. Fiona can I come visit you one day? It's almost a game for the rabbit. My neighbour has a wonderfull vegitable that the bunny loves to "play" in. So even in the city you can see a bit of nature. Webfusion looks interesting.
