I got this in an email from the mother of one of my students. It was a surprise to get this from her. Sometimes we just have no idea who is thinking about us, and would care to send us something so positive.
The email also contains some things about sending this to other women to boost their self esteem. Isn’t it sad that so many people: men, women, and children need self esteem boosts? It seems there are just not enough kind words going around today.
Give some random acts of kindness today. Remember smiles are free to send but can bring a wealth of joy. **Author Rocque (as far as I know)

In April, Maya Angelou was interviewed by Oprah on her 70+ birthday.. Oprah asked her what she thought of growing older.
And, there on television, she said it was ‘exciting…’
Regarding body changes, she said there were many, occurring every day…..like her breasts. They seem to be in a race to see which will reach her waist, first.The audience laughed so hard they cried.. She is such a simple and honest woman, with so much wisdom in her words!

Whenever we feel the negatives in the world getting to us, it is a benefit to be able to find encouragement quotes so easily on the internet. It is good to remember that the little things we do can mean so much.
It is great to remember that during this time of year when we are tempted to spend beyond our means thinking that we are going to make someone happy, when they would probably not be as happy knowing we did that.
Often spending time with someone building quality and joyful memories will last a lot longer than the joy of the tangible object that is purchased.
Thank you so very much for sharing this wonderful post. She sure does give us a whole new way of looking at life. We surely need more men (myself included) and women with her mindset. She has surely been blessed.
